The National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA) and HYROX Academy have announced a global partnership dedicated to advancing coaching excellence in the growing sport of hybrid fitness racing. Known as the World Series of Fitness Racing, HYROX is a standardized hybrid fitness racing format that alternates between 1 km runs and workout stations eight times, culminating in World Championships each race season.
